📜 1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the lakiwin website, mobile site, or any associated application (collectively, "the Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform. lakiwin reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. We will endeavour to notify registered players of material changes via the contact email on file.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any translation or localised version, the English text shall prevail. All communications between the Player and lakiwin shall be conducted in English unless otherwise agreed in writing.

🔞 2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

2.1 Minimum Age

The Platform is intended solely for persons aged 18 years or older. It is a strict condition of using lakiwin that you are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which you maintain an account with us. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older.

2.2 KYC Age Verification

lakiwin conducts mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification for all accounts. You will be required to submit a clear copy of your Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID) or other government-issued identification document confirming your date of birth and identity. Withdrawal of winnings is only permitted after successful KYC verification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

2.3 Geographic Eligibility

The Platform is accessible to players located in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. lakiwin makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in locations outside its primary service area. Players accessing the Platform from restricted jurisdictions do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.

2.4 Single Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to maintain only one active account on lakiwin. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. If we detect that a single individual has registered more than one account — whether under the same or different personal details — we reserve the right to close the duplicate accounts, void any associated bonuses, and suspend withdrawals pending investigation.

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access the full range of services on lakiwin, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued ID, a valid email address, a valid Bangladesh mobile number, and your date of birth. You must update your account details promptly if any of this information changes.

3.2 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility unless you have previously notified lakiwin in writing of a security breach. lakiwin will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel.

3.3 Two-Factor Authentication

lakiwin offers optional two-factor authentication (2FA) for all player accounts. We strongly recommend enabling 2FA to protect your account from unauthorised access. Players who have experienced account security incidents while 2FA was disabled may have reduced recourse for fund recovery.

3.4 Account Accuracy

Providing false information at registration — including a false name, false date of birth, or a phone number or email address belonging to another person — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. In such cases, lakiwin reserves the right to void all winnings, confiscate any balance, and permanently close the account without prior notice.

3.5 KYC Documentation

In addition to age verification, lakiwin may request proof of address or source of funds at any time as part of ongoing KYC obligations. Acceptable documents include utility bills, bank statements issued by a recognised Bangladesh bank, or other official correspondence. Documents must be dated within the last three months and must clearly display your name and address.

💳 4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

lakiwin processes all transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following payment methods are currently supported: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and direct bank transfer to major Bangladesh banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All payment methods are subject to availability and may be updated without prior notice.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day are displayed within the cashier section of your account and may vary by payment method. lakiwin reserves the right to adjust these limits for individual accounts based on verified account status and transaction history.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals are processed only to payment methods previously used to make a deposit on the same account, or to a verified bank account in the player's own name. We do not transfer funds to third-party accounts. Mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) are typically processed within 5 minutes of approval. Bank transfers may take between 1 and 24 hours depending on the receiving institution.

4.4 Verification Before Withdrawal

Completion of KYC verification is a mandatory prerequisite for the processing of any withdrawal request. lakiwin reserves the right to place a temporary hold on withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of identity verification. We aim to complete KYC reviews within one business day of receiving all required documentation.

4.5 Fraud and Money Laundering Prevention

lakiwin maintains robust anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering (AML) controls. Any player found to be using the Platform to process illicit funds, to circumvent currency controls, or to engage in any form of financial crime will have their account immediately suspended and the matter referred to the appropriate authorities. All large or unusual transactions may be subject to enhanced due-diligence review.

🎁 5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

From time to time, lakiwin offers promotional bonuses to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions accompanying each promotion, including applicable wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, and expiry dates. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100% towards the wagering requirement, while table games and live casino games may contribute at a lower rate as specified in the promotion. Bets placed with real-money funds are processed before bonus funds unless the cashier specifies otherwise.

5.3 Welcome Bonus

New players who successfully register and complete their first qualifying deposit may be eligible for the lakiwin welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000. 5.4 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or manipulate bonus systems — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, using low-risk betting strategies specifically designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine play, or coordinating with other players to abuse promotions — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. lakiwin reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings and to permanently close accounts involved in such activity.

5.5 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions

lakiwin reserves the right to alter, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses not claimed within the specified validity window will expire automatically. Expired bonuses and any winnings generated from expired bonus funds will be removed from the player's account without compensation.

6.1 Game Integrity

6.4 Maximum Payout Limits

Regardless of the outcome of any game or betting event, maximum payout limits apply per player, per day, and per event. These limits are displayed in the Platform's cashier and may vary by game category. lakiwin reserves the right to split large payouts across multiple business days where processing constraints require it.

🚫 7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on lakiwin and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and legal action where applicable:

• Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one player account, regardless of the device or email address used.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, macros, artificial intelligence tools, or any software that automates game decisions or betting activity.
• Bonus exploitation: Attempting to circumvent wagering requirements or claim bonuses multiple times through deceptive means.
• Fraud and chargebacks: Making fraudulent payment claims, initiating unjustified chargebacks with your payment provider, or using stolen or unauthorised payment instruments.
• Money laundering: Using the Platform to process, conceal, or legitimise funds derived from illegal activity.
• Impersonation: Misrepresenting your identity or impersonating any other person when registering or during any interaction with lakiwin.
• System exploitation: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors for financial gain without reporting them to lakiwin.

🔐 8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your lakiwin account at any time by contacting our support team at support@lakiwin. Before closure is processed, any outstanding wagering requirements attached to active bonuses will be reviewed, and any eligible real-money balance will be paid out subject to standard withdrawal verification. Account closure requests are typically processed within two business days.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling may apply for self-exclusion through the Account Settings panel or by contacting support. Self-exclusion is available for periods ranging from 24 hours to permanent closure. During a self-exclusion period, the player will not be permitted to deposit, place bets, or receive promotional communications. lakiwin is committed to honouring all self-exclusion requests promptly and without requiring justification from the player.

8.3 Suspension or Closure by lakiwin

lakiwin reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its absolute discretion, including (but not limited to) where: (a) the player has breached these Terms; (b) the player has provided false or misleading information; (c) the player's activity suggests fraud, money laundering, or collusion; (d) continued operation of the account would expose lakiwin to regulatory, legal, or reputational risk; or (e) a competent authority has directed us to do so.

8.4 Effect of Closure

Upon account closure — whether initiated by the player or by lakiwin — any pending bonus funds will be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned to the player via the verified withdrawal method on file, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and deduction of any amounts owed to lakiwin. These Terms shall survive account closure with respect to any outstanding obligations, liabilities, or disputes arising prior to the date of closure.

8.5 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute, players are encouraged to contact our support team in the first instance. lakiwin will endeavour to resolve all complaints fairly and within a reasonable timeframe. All decisions made by lakiwin regarding the interpretation and application of these Terms shall be final, subject only to the player's right to seek independent legal advice.
